The following process pertains only to a direct order.
All orders received prior to 12:00 PM EST will ship same day. All other orders will ship within 48 hours. Customer will pay any costs due to special or expedited shipping requests. All orders are subject to acceptance by Eugia US.
All products will be invoiced at Eugia US’s published Wholesale Acquisition Cost in effect on the date of receipt of the order or as per previously agreed-upon prices.
